We accept phone orders during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am CST till 5:00 pm CST at 1-714-533-0567 or by faxing your order 24-hours a day 7 days a week at 1-714-533-0567. We also accept mail orders addressed to Massmotoring.com, 900 East Arlee Place, Anaheim CA, 92805. When ordering please be sure to use the part number from the website. We also offer internet ordering at www.massmotoring.com 24-hours a day 7 days a week.

Payment Information

We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money orders made payable to Massmotoring.com. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. All personal checks will be held for 10 days so that they may clear the bank. We do not accept cash through the mail. Credit Card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. Add $9.00 for all C.O.D. orders. All California residents add 7.5% sales tax. For wire transfers call for detailed info.

C.O.D. Orders

Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders will be accepted for C.O.D. orders. If a C.O.D. order is refuse, any future orders would need to be paid in advance of shipment.

Shipping All

All orders will be shipped via the best way (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or DHL) unless otherwise requested. Shipment will only be to Physical address; as they will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Note all freight charges will be quoted up front before shipment is made. All items shipped Next Day Air on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Core Charges

Our core exchange program is very simple and allows you to receive the product you need without any down time. We first send you the item you order once you install the item please place the core in the original box and ship it back to us with in 30 days. We initially charge you for the core and once received back we will credit you back for the core. Any damages to the core will be deducted from the core charge.

Warranties

 All items are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when delivered to you. Your purchase will be backed by a limited warranty existing with the manufacturer of the item. Massmotoring.com and the manufacturer will not warranty request due to shipping damage, improper installation or handling, neglect or improper use. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws and it is the customer’s responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her own state. Massmotoring.com and the manufacture are not responsible for any damage resulting from above. Massmotoring.com. does not cover any labor on any warranty claims.
