Returns Policy

An Effective new Merchandise return policy has been used in massmotoring.com website for customer use. On receiving the product the packet will contain a supply of your 2-part new merchandise return forms and self adhesive warranty stickers. When you need another packet please re-order under:

The information required to process your new merchandise return is minimal but important, so please take a moment to get acquainted with the form. Listed below are details we need to fill out�. Date: Date of Return Box count: Simply the total number of cartons that are shipped Store Name: MassMotoring.com Account Number: E98765 Contact Name of the customer Phone number of the customer

In the parts listing area, please fill out the columns under the �Complete This Info� heading

Qty: The quantity of the items you are returning Vendor: The brand or 3 letter vendor code for that item (Ex: Mr. Gasket or MRG) Part #: The part number of the package exactly as it appears on the package Invoice: Invoice number generated while purchasing the product will be obtained from mass motoring order receipt. Date of Purchase Explanation for Return � Refer to the �Return Reason� box and circle the appropriate number

Please read the �Return Instructions� at the top of the form. If the �Return Instructions� are not followed, your return will not be accepted, and could result in additional freight expense in shipping the product back to you.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON �SPECIAL ORDER� ITEMS

All defective returns must be pre-approved and returned with an ASW Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and number. All defective returns must also have a completely filled out warranty tag including a detailed explanation. We hope you will find our �New Merchandise� returns policy easy to use and efficient. By simply following a few �Return Instructions�, you are spared the aggravation and delays of having to call in for a return authorization on daily new merchandise returns.
