Box count: Simply the total number of cartons that are shipped

Qty: The quantity of the items you are returning
Vendor: The brand or 3 letter vendor code for that item (Ex: Mr. Gasket or MRG)
Part #: The part number of the package exactly as it appears on the package
Invoice: Invoice number generated while purchasing the product will be obtained from mass motoring order receipt.

All defective returns must be pre-approved and returned with an ASW Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and number. All defective returns must also have a completely filled out warranty tag including a detailed explanation.
