Damage Claims

Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage have occurred, immediately notify the shipping company so that all necessary step may be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify Massmotoring.com customer service department for instructions on returning the damaged goods. Massmotoring.com is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notifications after four (4) days of receipt of delivery.

Shortages

International Orders

All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being order your freight fees will vary. It is important to contact Massmotoring.com for shipping quote.

Alaska and Hawaii

All orders will be shipped 2nd day Air. All orders must be prepaid with Credit Card, Cashier’s Check or Money Order. No C.O.D orders will be accepted. All shipping rates will depend on what is being ordered. For shipping quotes call Massmotoring.com customer service department.

Sales Tax 

All California residents must add 7.75% sales tax to orders and rates are subject to change without notice. All orders outside the state of California are exempt from sales tax.
